Can you explain please why Mobile Number of officers L-1 to L-4 are removed and if complaints registered on UK CM HELPLINE PORTAL are not resolved then instead of sending them to L-4 i.e. secretary level, are returned back to L-2, L-1 officers and closed forcefully without resolutions? Even the option of satisfaction/ dissatisfaction of complainers are removed, so what's the use of the portal than ??
