Please note that this app requires Android device support for USB 'On-The-Go' (OTG), an appropriate OTG adapter cable and firmware version 3.0.0 or later being installed on your unit. Connect your mobile device to the port labeled 'USB-B' on your Raritan unit using the USB OTG cable/adapter.
