Omniscient is a communications management application, available in mobile and web versions on any internet browser, allowing, among other things, the reception of notifications related to Tl services. More than just a notification tool, Omniscient also stands out for its ease of use and its ability to centralize crucial information. The service offering of the various teams responsible for communications requires rapid access to the details of the Tl services consumed by the business sectors, contacts and business impacts in the event of unavailability of these services. The application allows its users to see the stability of the services to which they subscribe with a dashboard of the different communications produced in the last 90 days.
