Kaizen: In medium-sized industries, it's common for frontline (Operational/Production Down line) teams to lack authorization to use computer systems, hindering their ability to contribute improvement ideas and Kaizen data. To address this challenge, the Kaizen-app offers a mobile solution, enabling any authorized user to input their Kaizen and improvement details into the system. This initiative aims to enhance participation among frontline teams, facilitating the integration of their improvement efforts within the organization.
