Our autoVHC software is an electronic vehicle health check system that generates additional sales opportunities from vehicles passing through the workshops of thousands of dealerships internationally. By automating the follow up process, aftersales teams can significantly close the gap in their profits. It is a solution that no dealership should be without. autoVHC performs from the moment that a customer books into the service reception, driving productivity in the workshop and service reception, while giving customers the transparency and visibility on any work that is required. The technology enables red (urgent) and amber (medium term) jobs to be presented quickly, consistently and professionally in order to enhance the customer experience and increase parts and labour sales.
