Are you a war or service victim but haven't received a letter yet, then request one at ABP-BRD in one of the following ways: •  through the button "request letter" in the welcoming screen of the app •  call us at 045-579 8194 during office hours •  send an email to [email protected] Advantages for you •  You can request a transport whenever you want •  Always get a confirmation when the requested transport is planned by DVVO •  Overview of all planned transports up to 4 weeks ahead •  Easily change or cancel requested transports •  The app remembers earlier transports up to 90 days back in order to request transports more easily •  The possibility to let us know your personal wishes for a transport •  A contact button to reach ABP-BRD or DVVO by phone How does it work 1.
