Rescheduling requests are only available for ICHC and IOT institutes 2. Postpone queries that have not yet occurred: Request at least 2 DAYS before the scheduled consultation date. 3. In case of ABSENCE in the last 6 months: The system does not allow rescheduling if there was one absence followed by another. ATTENTION: in this case, it is NOT possible to ask for prescription revalidation. 4. Appointments will be rescheduled according to the availability of vacancies in the service.
