Kiram Veterinary Surgery is registered and inspected by the Uganda Veterinary Board. Dr Micheal Kiragga is a registered member of the Uganda Veterinary Board and the Uganda Veterinary Association.KIRAM Veterinary surgery was founded in 2015 by Dr Kiragga Micheal. The clinics are mixed practices with 90% small animal medicine and 10% livestock and exotic medicine.
