Spirometry is the basic test for the management in primary care (AP) patients with obstructive respiratory disease. Speyer interprets the results of spirometry and is based on the comparison of values ​​that provide information (FEV1, FVC and its relation to the percentage) with the theoretical for each patient according to their anthropometric data. Speyer follows the decision algorithm recommended by scientific societies. Speyer offers an interpretation that may be helpful for professionals not familiar with the test or confirm the clinical suspicion of the more expert.
