Your church has decided to have an evangelistic series. All the preparations have been made, your guest speaker is filled with enthusiasm, and the church is ready to deliver the good news – The Gospel of Jesus Christ. However, a series of questions come to your mind. How can I register the attendees and keep track of their attendance at these meetings? Can I easily distinguish between visitors and members? Suppose the speaker wants to give a visitor in the audience a gift. Can he/she easily access a list of all the visitors present in the audience? Will I be able to know the dates attended by visitors, and which sermon they heard? Which day of the week do I have the best attendance? Do I have a structured way of managing the commitment/decisions made by attendees? Can I assign a designated Bible-worker to contact persons of interest, and is there a way to know if they were contacted? EvangelismEvents will answer these questions and much more. We will help you cover your evangelistic event from the planning stage to the post-event activities.
