This App calculates caloric need when performing a step test. First set the rythm of the step (up up) to 1 or 2 seconds. Then set the step height in cm and weight in kg and sex. Click on Cadence button to have an audio monitor of the step cadence (up up - down down) to mantain when doing the step excercize.
