Light-filled cafe and bar with hip, semi-industrial styling, serving Modern Australian meals. Our style is an eclectic mix of ‘old and new‘, inspired by the theme of public spaces, such as old railway stations & grand libraries. PUBLIC is a destination eatery for the quick luncher or the lingering foodie.
