This virtual hydraulic excavator lets your drive, operate, explore the systems, maintain, and diagnose faults. It will help you to learn about fluid power safely and effectively. The program lets you operate drive, boom, and slew controls then explore the components that make them work. The best way to learn is by experimentation. It includes an example hydrostatic drive circuit with information and exercises that show you how to maintain and diagnose common faults. The full list of training routines includes: Operate the skid steer loader controls Explore how the electro-hydraulic control systems work Closed-circuit hydrostatic steering drive system Open circuit direction slew motor control Open circuit proportional lift cylinder control Contamination entry points review Drag icons to show contamination entry points Components sensitive to contamination review Identify potential contamination failure points Leakage or flow loss points review Identify potential leakage points Heat source, high-pressure drop review Identify potential heat source points Dangerous risk points review Identify dangerous risk points Air ingress points review Identify potential air ingress points Learn, Build, Maintain, Test, Diagnose a hydrostatic circuit Learn the main parts in a typical closed-circuit drive Identify all pressure control valves Identify all flow control valves Identify all air and fluid filters Build a hydrostatic closed circuit system Learn how to check and maintain components Drag icons to identify regular maintenance checks Drag icons to identify planned maintenance checks Learn how to set up and commission equipment Diagnose 1 Noisy and inconsistent direction changes Diagnose 2 Slow drive performance and burning smell Diagnose 3 Poor drive performance and cracking noise
