This app provides NCRC training participants with all of the tools needed to supplement the in-person training. Here you will find your course manual, additional resources and post-training support. Conflicts arise in every aspect of life—at home and work, in classrooms and communities. When effective communication strategies reveal common ground, people are empowered to overcome differences.
