SMS & Email with ticket number generated for acknowledgment of application. Track Complaint: Users can track the current status of an active complaint by providing a ticket number. Search Complaint : It enables users to view complaint details through mobile number, complaint mode, ticket number, and current status. Withdraw: Complainant can withdraw complaints at any time. Ratings and Feedback: Share user experience during complaint resolution. User can share their experience during complaint resolution.
