TakeAIM gives access to an extensive range of checklists for workplace equipment, ranging from forklifts and vehicles to scaffolding and ladders. You can even create your own inspections via your own online company dashboard, directly linked to the app for analysis of completed inspections. Use the app to scan QR codes assigned to assets, giving instant access to the relevant checklist, and allowing inspectors to work their way through pre-use safety checks, attaching photos and comments to support their inspection, which then syncs and stores in your online dashboard. Record and monitor all completed inspections Receive notifications of missed inspections Send email notifications to management when a fault is raised Set inspection schedules by date and time Create a comprehensive asset register Purchase credit bundles which countdown each time a checklist is completed No limits to the number of inspectors or assets Create additional checklists online and sync to your app Can be used with scannable QR codes and asset tags available to purchase at www.goodtogosafety.co.uk Analyse results and identify common faults and trends Paperless audit trail Create a maintenance log to record each step from spotting a fualt to having it fixed Each step of an inspection is time stamped and upon completion the checklist is digitally signed by the inspector - this prevents users simply ticking boxes and allows management to know if/when inspections are being rushed through. Add photos and notes during your inspection to provide additional evidence of any concerns noted. These will be visible to management in real-time when they access their dashboard and helps them to make informed decisions. Register your details online to gain access to your company dashboard and analysis of completed inspections – helping to spot trends and plan maintenance to minimise downtime. Once registered, credits will be added to your app allowing you to use it to complete and record all of your workplace equipment inspections.
