Prism Surveys is an electronic data capture application designed for business use. Can be used to capture a wide range of data from Customer, Staff and Patient Feedback, Sales Contracts, Market Research and Audits using Tablets. The possibilities with Prism Surveys are unlimited. The primary benefit of the application is its ability to work on or offline so you do not need to worry about continuous internet access or lost responses. The system will also enable you to mirror your internal organisational structure and set up reporting to individual users based on their level within your business. When connected to mobile or Wi-Fi signal the application will deliver true real time data to your business. Surveys, forms and contracts can be set up and managed using our web software and deployed to specific devices. Surveys can include standard question types and more complex branching logic and input validation. All surveys can accommodate multiple languages. Reporting from the system is available via our Web Reporting Platform For more details on the end to end business solution please visit www.welovesurveys.co.uk or call 0203 747 5730
