Flex is a convenient system for organizations that work flexibly. At a glance you can see where a free workplace to find where that one colleague is located or where an available conference room. The system is available on a touchscreen desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone. In the context of maximizing workplaces and work place independently, many organizations have switched to flexible working. With the great advantage that fewer workstations are needed. Because nobody has a fixed place of work, it is important to give employees the information are in need of.
