Higher is a recruitment platform that addresses the challenges faced by all the key people involved in the interviewing and recruitment process; recruiters, interviewers and managers. Recruiters can easily search for candidates in one location instead of having to register to multiple job search engines, and interviewers can give their feedback on interviews conducted in a standard format. When it comes to selecting the right candidate, managers will be able to make more informed decisions by ranking short listed candidates based on that skills that they define for the position.
