A massive project to make the Malayalam dictionary available online is being initiated here. Malayalam words starting with vowels and consonants from 'ka' to 'ta' are currently included in this dictionary. Dictionaries like Shabadaravali and Malayalam Mahanikhandu are mainly relied upon at this stage. As part of the follow-up activities, words starting with the consonants 'tha' to 'ra' and idioms in Malayalam will be included. The app provides the facility to make word donations to the general public. The support and participation of language lovers is expected to fulfill the goal of preparing a comprehensive and complete online Malayalam dictionary.
