It was a pleasant experience with my coach Navleen.Sh3 is too good,quite supportive,and always connected.Her Nutrition knowledge is also very good.I lost 3.5 kgs in one month. The fittre app is also very well designed.workout plans are sp cool...I corrected my forms a lot after joining this.. thanks for this whole journey....
